  2. Complete the online application

  3. MINREX will email you with an appointment date and payment amount

  4. Pay at Banco Nacional de Panamá

  5. Attend appointment with proof of payment and documents

SERTRACEN is the private company contracted by the Panamanian government to process all driver’s licenses.
